Erin Phelps is a Houston native and over decade-long real estate professional who believes great real estate is about people first, always. Real estate isn’t just her career—it’s a family business—and that perspective shapes how she works with every client. Erin is known for building long-term relationships, not one-time transactions, and for guiding her clients with clarity, care, and honest advocacy every step of the way.
Her work has been recognized consistently, including being named Top Individual Agent in her office of more than 220 agents in both 2021 and 2022. Erin’s goal is simple: exceed expectations and create clients who feel confident, informed, and genuinely taken care of. Through thoughtful communication, strong negotiation, and a deep understanding of the process, she delivers a seamless, five-star experience. Buying or selling a home is a major life moment and Erin treats it that way.
Erin leads a trusted team of industry experts who share her commitment to education, strategy, and staying ahead of the market. In an increasingly complex real estate landscape, Erin and her team serve as a steady, knowledgeable resource, offering insight, transparency, and smart guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
Erin lives inside the 610 Loop with her husband and their dogs, Lou and Belle. She earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from the University of Houston. A proud Longhorn, Erin has been deeply involved with the UT Alumni Association, serving for many years as chapter treasurer and later as chapter president in 2021. Outside of real estate, she loves exploring Houston’s food scene, offshore fishing, reading, and baking. Erin and her husband are active members of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Bellaire and value the strong sense of community it provides. Erin also serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Mark’s Episcopal School, where she is actively involved in supporting the school’s mission and community.
